The Green Precious Metals Recovery System (GPMRS) is a proprietary closed-loop electrochemical process developed by Rodolfo Primo for the recovery, purification, and refining of gold and other precious metals from post-consumer feedstocks. Unlike conventional gold extraction — which relies on cyanide or mercury, both highly toxic to ecosystems, groundwater, and human health — the GPMRS uses a low-toxicity lixiviant recirculated in a closed loop, minimizing environmental discharge and hazardous waste generation.
